When speaking to care for a line cancellation that was requested 2 months prior, asking for a manager to escalate the matter from cc resulted in a denial to even file the escalation as cc is no longer allowed to even speak on escalations was told to find a store manager to create the escalation. TLDR: tried to cancel 2 months ago (they didn’t) then when trying to resolve the extra charges was told to go in store for assistance
