I relocated to Orlando for personal reasons but also to work at WDW, super close to the parks so why not!

I got a job with a Partner inside of Disney Springs for now but I'm wondering how one would begin the process of being an actual cast member, I've been using the career sites and unfortunately nothing is open at this moment but someone told me that you need to know people? I'm not sure

🫠 Very strange life goal of mine but one that's definitely achievable, how hard was it for you guys to become an actual cast member.
