Does anyone possibly have a spare fan they could let me borrow?

My air has been out the past few weeks , the maintenance guy is giving the run around , It has been in the 80s inside my house and my kids are just miserable in this heat. if anyone has any spare fans i could possibly borrow it would be a huge help and greatly appreciated .

First time growing zinnias , do i cut them and they grow back?

I planted all kinds of zinnias , some are really full with layers while some are just like one or two layers if that makes sense. Do i cut them and they grow back? also how do i harvest seed from the actual flower if i wanted to plant more ?
