Rehabbing a boat

Just as the title says, we're rehabbing a boat. It's a 2001 Bayliner 2452 LX. Husband is in charge of the mechanics, I'm heading up the design department. In time, I'd like to get fender covers, a welcome mat, a blanket, etc, all with our logo embroidered. But for the moment, I'm just trying to figure out where I can get new cushions for all the seating and the boat's name placed on the transom.

Where does one go to get that kind of thing done?

Also, feel free to spam me with all the fun customizable things!

OEM Cross Bars on a 2014

I have a 2014 Honda Pilot with OEM Cross Bars installed. I had the dealer install them before I drove it off the lot 12 years ago.

Tomorrow morning we leave on a road trip with 6 people and all their luggage. I bought a roof mounted luggage storage bag so all our things would fit. Now I'm in a conundrum with no time to buy a new roof carrier.

The cross bars are too close together to fit the storage bag.

Can anyone tell me how to remove these cross bars?
