I’m asking… & this is more for the “gamblers” of Vegas. But I just got “trespassed” at a casino & I genuinely didn’t do anything. I argued a single roulette spin (which was justified) (& this is a place I frequent) … the pit boss basically felt that I was out of line for questioning it. I mentioned that we’d been a good group & had been tipping / enjoying ourselves… the pit then responded with “tipping & being nice doesn’t mean anything.” When I made the statement that “you are part of the reason why gaming is suffering in this city,” she then cussed me out (not even joking) & trespassed me. “Get the EFF (f-u-c-k) out!” And respectfully… it is managers / pits like her who are 10000% of the problem. Even the dealers say so!

I’m not some hooligan starting fights or chewing out dealers / pit bosses… & I gamble all over the city (& have a solid reputation) I tip when I play & I’m respectful. If something feels off or predatory… I’ll mention it. I don’t go around arguing hands or spins… If a payout is incorrect or a dealer does something not quite “by the book,” I’m well within my rights to say whoa whoa whoa. But I’m not some weird Karen. It’s like they want the players to be brain-dead & not challenge anyone or anything… even if the math is wrong or your money is being mistreated; it’s strange.

Has anyone ever been wrongfully trespassed & what did you do? I’ve got a ton of comps & other stuff that has value attached to it… Mainly, I’m just confused. Even the security guard who walked me off property was like “I don’t understand this one.”

Property was El Cortez. Which some of you might be like “ew who cares,” but I’ve got like $1000+ worth of comps, food, rooms, freeplay, etc that are now null. The cashiers even gave me business cards for the head of player development & said “that pit is handful.” Their words, not mine.

Any info appreciated!

What’s up everyone. So we leased a Honda HRV & had solid payment history / finished the lease on good footing. During this lease, my better-half filed for a C7 bankruptcy. It was our best financial move to remove some headache debt that we couldn’t escape. Courts were notified, as was Honda, & we were assured that we could still file for a few lease on the backend of this C7 headache (Chapter 7 is the calmer / less bankruptcy vs the other options)

Anyways, we put our down payment down & even got family to co-sign (because Experian essentially disappears during a bankruptcy) & drove off the lot in a loaner while we waited for our new Honda HRV to arrive.

Here we are now, a week later… & suddenly she gets a call that they “in fact, cannot lease her the vehicle.” She explodes on them & loses her mind (which I would say is justified) & now they’re randomly calling back claiming they may be able to SELL the vehicle to her…?

What in the world is going on & can anyone help?

Edit: our co-signer has perfect credit, both people have solid income, aside from the C7 BR part, the payments were always on time for 2-3 years & our standing with Honda is 10/10.

Thank you!
