Noticed a trend with the 2022 promos rising slowly again, investors are noticing that this was the first luffy card released by Bandai kicking off the start to the tcg.

Wish I could add multiple tags because from a long term perspective you can't go wrong with adding the first luffy into your collection.

Note: There's a convention promo version featuring the same artwork thats doing well too, might also bleed into the rise of 2022 promo luffy once it's picked up on
