I have a brother who's last known location was in downtown Portland and we have been trying to locate him to see if we can potentially get him into treatment and off the street.

I was wondering if there was anyone on here that works with the homeless that could help me and my mother in locating him?

We did submit a missing persons report for him as well with the local police department.
