So for context I have been going to the gym consistently for about 3 and a half years . Now last summer I have cut down to my lowest bodyweight and bodyfat ever been on a diet for 20 weeks to get there . Than I did hold around that bodyweight for quite some time approximately until Christmas last year . That's when everything started I binged hard on Christmas eve and from then it only got worse to the point where last month I have been binging almost EOD and in the meantime I picked up running which helps me clear my mind but as soon as I stop doing any physical activity my mind focuses only on food . I do not know what to do next I am stuck in this cycle and I feel like the only time is it going to end is when I am going to end .
