First-time commuter scooter buyer — what would you recommend? (WA STATE PNW AREA)

Hey everyone, I’m looking to get my first scooter mainly for commuting to work. I’m in the PNW/Washington and my commute is about 12.5 miles round trip, 5–7 days a week. I leave around 1:30 PM and get off around 10:30 PM, so good lights are important.

I’m looking for something around 25–30+ mph that can realistically get me at least 20+ miles while riding faster, preferably around 30+ miles of usable range overall. I need something that can handle hills, normal PNW rain, and daily use. I do have a car, so I won’t be riding it during downpours or really bad/cold weather. I just want to save money on gas and save some wear and tear on my car.

Portability is also pretty important. I work at the Boeing factory and want to be able to fold it up and bring it inside, then carry it a short distance to store/charge it. I don’t want something so heavy that carrying it every day destroys my shoulders. Ideally somewhere around 45–60 lbs, give or take.

Apple Find My and some kind of locking/security features would also be a big plus.
I’ve been looking at the NAVEE GT3 Pro, UT5 Max, Segway Max G3, and Apollo Go/Go Stellar. The UT5 Max looks awesome, but 75 lbs seems like a lot to carry every day even for the short distance I will be carrying it inside. The GT3 Pro is a great deal, but I’m worried 20 mph won’t feel fast enough. So Segway Max G3 is what I’m most comfortably eyeing rn but what would you guys recommend for this kind of commute?

Especially interested in people who actually commute with their scooters and deal with wet PNW weather.
