Bought a scooter off of FB marketplace but need to find a charger
It didn't come with a charger. Could you guys help me figure out what kind of scooter this is? Front tire says 8.5x50.

We want to thank the entire eScooter community which supported us, participated in the beta tests, gave us feedback and made this project possible. Without you it wouldn't be possible.
Thank you all!
The worlds smallest and lightest charger is now live at https://www.travelwattcharger.com/
This project took a little over 6 months of continous development, prototyping, testing, and repeating those steps, and a lot of joint effort from eScooter enthusiasts that selflessly helped get this project completed.
Together we went through three versions of the charger and tested it on more than 15 different models of eScooters, identified and fixed issues and had a great time.
Thank you all!

The lock was mounted on the deck of my Segway max g3 using the 3d printed mounts. I was heading home and hit a bump going 15mph. the lock flew out and exploded 😭. I no longer trust this lock bruh like come on someone give this a couple taps with a hammer and I’m cooked. Down $50🫡
How do I fix the clicking noise from the engine? The axles are tight. (Mine is tuned, if that helps). It also happens when driving and then pressing the brake (front or rear), then it clicks, and then...
Can electric scooters be speed adjusted between restricted & unrestricted easily?
I need to be able to adjust the speed of the scooter to suit the person who is riding it. So basically just reduce the speed, & then change it back. Is this possible?
Also, is it better to look for an electric scooter that is all terrain, working well both on & off road? Are there any that perform well on multiple surfaces?
Thanks.
I just bought my first EScooter. A Gotrax G3 plus. It says it's Max speed was 18 mph and I'm just wondering if a full face helmet is appropriate or overkill? I just feel like I'd get odd looks going so slow with that kind of helmet but I really like my teeth. What do you guys think at 18mph? Full face or bike helmet?
Hello👋
Hey guys, thinking about buying a battery from AliExpress to add to my Kukirin G2 Master 2025, basically wiring in a second battery for more range.
Has anyone done this? Is it actually safe to buy scooter batteries from AliExpress? Like what’s stopping me from just buying a 52V 50Ah battery and slapping it in? Are the specs on there even legit, or is there a catch (fake capacity, bad BMS, fire risk, etc)?
Would appreciate any real experiences before I pull the trigger on this.
Have a blessed day🔥✝️and thank you for your answers☺️
Hello!
I’m looking for reviews of these two scooters. At first, I was leaning more toward the F2 Pro E II, but after reading a few comments, it seems that the 45 km range drops to 20 km in real-world use. Since my commute to work is 9.3 km, that’s a bit concerning.
I’m willing to pay more for the Max G3 I, which is advertised as having an 80 km range, but I’d also like some reviews on this model to confirm that spending an extra €400 is worth it.
Thanks for your help!
So i basically stay 12 mins away from my job by car but i dont really find it necessary to keep using my car. Gas is expensive and now its gotten to the point where i dont really need a car. I just want the best scooter to get back and forth to work, made for longer distances and fast.
Is it just me, or do drivers of oncoming vehicles often fail to notice us, given today’s fast-paced lifestyle and the way people drive?
I often feel that a scooter’s built-in signalling is not sufficient. The turn signals are almost invisible, and especially when it rains, everything seems to disappear.
What other solutions are available besides the usual high-visibility vests? I’ve been reading about helmets with integrated turn signals, but I don’t know anyone who can tell me whether they actually make a difference.
Do you have anything you would recommend?
Hey everyone, I’m looking to get my first scooter mainly for commuting to work. I’m in the PNW/Washington and my commute is about 12.5 miles round trip, 5–7 days a week. I leave around 1:30 PM and get off around 10:30 PM, so good lights are important.
I’m looking for something around 25–30+ mph that can realistically get me at least 20+ miles while riding faster, preferably around 30+ miles of usable range overall. I need something that can handle hills, normal PNW rain, and daily use. I do have a car, so I won’t be riding it during downpours or really bad/cold weather. I just want to save money on gas and save some wear and tear on my car.
Portability is also pretty important. I work at the Boeing factory and want to be able to fold it up and bring it inside, then carry it a short distance to store/charge it. I don’t want something so heavy that carrying it every day destroys my shoulders. Ideally somewhere around 45–60 lbs, give or take.
Apple Find My and some kind of locking/security features would also be a big plus.
I’ve been looking at the NAVEE GT3 Pro, UT5 Max, Segway Max G3, and Apollo Go/Go Stellar. The UT5 Max looks awesome, but 75 lbs seems like a lot to carry every day even for the short distance I will be carrying it inside. The GT3 Pro is a great deal, but I’m worried 20 mph won’t feel fast enough. So Segway Max G3 is what I’m most comfortably eyeing rn but what would you guys recommend for this kind of commute?
Especially interested in people who actually commute with their scooters and deal with wet PNW weather.
Hi everyone, I have a Xiaomi electric scooter 5 Pro. According to some sources, the device has an S+ (sport plus) mode that provides 1000 watts directly. Can anyone who knows how to use it teach me?
My child is turning 15 and he wants a scooter. Im looking for something reliable and also good looking if possible lol. Reliability and speed are the top prioritys. We are looking for something under $580 us. We´re based in Mexico but we can buy in the US if needed.
i want to know people who experienced with moving from usualy 125mm shocks to 150mm shocks and if the difference really was noticeable for them and is it really worth it. Ill share mine : I have an Iscooter i10pro and the first thing i changed was the horrendous stiff suspension it had. but i also noticed there isnt a big gap the wheel both front and rear will touch the top of the scooter so i first took cheapass 150mm suspension, the softest ones i could find and put it first on the rear. it was too soft on the rear and due to how my shocks are mounted the resistance was higher than the stiffness fucking up everything. so i put them on the front knowing on the front they will be the perfect stiffness and i was right. for the rear i bought higher quality shocks, i bought 2x ks260 350lbs (this e scooter uses 2 shocks per wheel/swing arm) and they were a perfect fit for my rear suspension. the geometry of my e scooter make it that 150mm isnt that high so i practically had no choice if i wanted comfort. but i tested on a friend's kukirin g2(with soft spring) and the e scooter was quite high and super super smooth like you feel nothing on the road. now do yall have e scooters with 150mm shocks ?
Hi everyone,
I need an electric scooter. My commute is almost 1 mile one way, which means I don't need the one with a long-lasting battery. I need the scooter to have tubeless tires because there is no shop in my area where I can take the scooter for flat tire repair.
My budget is around $300.
Thanks
I'm stuck between either the xiaomi 6 or the dualtron togo
