Buying advice needed!
Hello! Rather new to Reddit. I’ve been considering purchasing an electric scooter for a while now. My husband and I share one car but we’re lucky to live in a very “no car” friendly city in northern Colorado and most places I go are within 10 miles of my home. We do have Spin scooters/bikes but I just don’t want to keep paying to use them. It’s not a very hill-y place but the weather can be unpredictable so I want something that has strong tires and traction in the event of rain/snow/ice. I also want something rather lightweight as I’ll be bringing the scooter to work and classes and I live in a 4th floor apartment. I’m also hoping to take advantage of financing options so pricing isn’t a huge deal but I would rather have something under $1k.
I’ve been looking at Segway and GoTrax as options but I really don’t know what I should be looking for. Any advice is appreciated! Thank you!!
