LOW PDG - 2nd Month on Inito

So I started INITO last month because I just felt like I needed more answers. I am a bit neruotic because I do INITO in the morning and then Premom and Clearblue Ovulation strips at night lol. We've been trying for almost 1.5 years (which is crazy for me to even think). I had 3 failed IUIS, failed clomid cycle and failed letrozole cycles. I had a chemical in February with letrozole and timed intercourse, then a natural cycle with added progesterone in March (no luck) and April another natural cycle no progesterone support. I started Inito in April - I stopped testing after it confirmed ovulation but I wish I didnt because the lastest looked like my PDG dropped and IDK if it ever went back up - I ended up getting my period 10 DPO! (an hour after i took my first pregnancy test). Now this cycle - Using Inito and it was showing something similar to last (that I ovulate around CD 10/11). I went in for blood work on CD 10 and my linning was measuring 6.6 mm and I had two follicles one 14.5 mm and 11mm. My doctor did not want to start me on progesterone because of these findings - VALID - however, my blood work that day showed LH 9.0 Progesterone 0.3 and Estradiol 98.9.. which seem pretty consistent with Inito. I am just so confused - is this consistent with a short leutal cycle ? Is my progesterone the problem ? Has it always been ? I have no clue - I had always had normal cycles - textbook but my period lasted around 3-4 days normally. I just dont know what to do what this means. We had planned to start IVF in July but if I am able to pinpoint the issue I think I'd like to correct it naturally. Anyone else experience this ? I attached both charts for comparision - currently waiting for PDG to rise to confirm ovulation.
