Was I a victim of false advertising or scammed?
Before I start, I know this is a delta airlines subreddit, but being that I’ve seen a handful of LATAM posts here, I am going to continue.
On my flight from JFK—>GYE, we payed for plus seats. When we get to our seats, they are tiny and the same size as everyone else’s on the plane.
In the video I’ve attached, you can see LATAM plus clearly labeled on the seats in front of me but when you pan to my row, there no indication of any kind that this is plus.
Has this happened to anyone else? Is this really plus or was the flight attendant lying to me?
