Another kinkou bug?

So in this game i got spellcraft and kinkou on fiora and im pretty sure the spellcraft procced multiple marks at once because thats the only way i can understand akshan getting 1shot on round 3.

Clothesline + jitte kinkou bug

You can proc jitte multiple times if your teammates has clothesline leading to a very fun experience for the opposing team just melting in .5s.
