I've tried pretty much everything from the forums and reddit but I'm not able to get any audio out of RCA and headphone connections from DDJ FLX4 on my windows 11 laptop, let alone even get it to load a file on rekordbox.
When I select laptop speaker output in preferences and in the windows output, audio comes through great on built in laptop speakers. However, whenever I switch the audio setting to "DDJ FLX4 WASAPI", no outputs at all are visible in any of the Input/Output tab. Here's what I've tried:
-Made sure that when WASAPI is selected in preferences, audio input/output on laptop is default computer mic and computer speakers
-Made sure to allow ALL microphone settings for rekordbox in privacy settings ("Microphone access ON", "Let apps access your microphone ON")
-Uninstalled audio and USB controller drivers in device manager and reinstalled them after restarting laptop
-Not 100% sure but USB-C seems to be working fine since when I use laptop output speakers as output, controller works perfectly fine
-Tried looking for FLX4 drivers but there obviously are none since they are built in when you plug in the USB-C
-Not sure if important, but DDJ-FLX4 shows up as "line" instead of speakers in settings (saw someone mention that controller needs to be seen as multi-channel in settings but not many others acknowledged this)
just got this controller last week and not really sure what to do from here and would really appreciate anyones help!
