SOWP Advice Needed
Hi everyone, I got PGWP approved few months ago. Yesterday I got offered Technical Support Customer Expert role. My responsibility is to provide first-level technical support for installation, operation, and maintenance of clients tech products. According to my research the job title, duties match with noc 22221.00 – User support technicians which is a TEER 2 job. This noc is also mentioned in the eligible teer 2 jobs to apply for sowp. There is another TEER 4 Customer support role which the duties are more general inquiry type so I ruled it out as my job roles are mainly technical support. My job officially starts from the middle of next month as full time employee with 3 months probation period. First paystub will come by the end of next month. Right now I only have the employment offer letter which vaguely explains my duties. It has the job title Technical Support Customer Expert, the wage and some other terms&conditions. It’s also only digitally signed by me. In the interview schedule email the job duties were mentioned more clearly. In this case should I request the HR to give me another offer letter with clear noc and job details before applying for my wifes sowp or I can apply now with the employment letter+interview email & attach the paystubs later when I get them using webform. Or should I completely wait till I get 1 or more paystubs before applying. Kindly provide some advice. Thanks.
