Hello! I've been back to work for almost 3 months now and I'm struggling. It got a little easier after a while but I need help.

I only get 20 minutes for my WHOLE pump break. This includes taking off my PPE, walking to get my stuff (stored in the breakroom), going to the lactation station, doing my pump sesh, taking everything back to the fridge in the break room, and going back to my workstation.

I have been doing the fridge hack, skipping washing my hands and using hand sanitizer, not bagging my milk at work, and using the pitcher method (body temp cooked to fridge temp before adding to older stuff). I'm not sure how I can be efficient but also make sure I don't have any issues. I've had mastitis twice and I get clogs all the time. One of my nipples always seems to be fucked up (cracked and/or bleeding). I always have a burning feeling in my breasts (sometimes one, sometimes both).

I don't have any time to do anything more than get my stuff, do my pump, and put everything away. I don't have time for aftercare on my nipples. I don't have time to rinse my pump parts (even if I did the only sink is in the breakroom or the bathroom). Even if I go to the bathroom it counts as part of my pump break bc "the accomodation letter just says a break"

At this point I'm tired of feeling like I'm losing an uphill battle while pumping.

Anybody have any advice that could help? I'm gonna try to get more pump parts so I can use a new set each time, but I'm also unfortunately, very poor.
