Time is from application submission to approval for most popular programs:

• Portugal GV = 18+ months
• Portugal HQA/Global Talent visa = 6-8 months
• Italy = under 6 months
• Malta PR = under 6 months
• Greece = 8-10 months
• Panama GV = under 2 months
• Montenegro GV = 2-4 months
• US EB-5 = 6-8 months
• US EB-3 (I include the job) = 42 months
• UAE GV - under 2 months

• St. Kitts PBO - from $250K = under 6 months
• All other St. Kitts options = between 6-10 months
• Antigua = 8 months
• Dominica = 10 months
• Grenada = 10-12 months
• St. Lucia = 2+ years
• Turkey = under 8 months
• Third tier passport programs (Sao Tome, Vanuatu, etc.) = under 3 months

Very important to understand, timelines are very much client-based; for example, if a client requires enhanced DD (such as Iranians) that can add a few months.

NOTE: By the end of 2026, Caribbean programs will require 30 days of physical presence on the island in the first 5 years [currently, only Antigua has a physical presence mandate] the new mandate will only apply to clients whose applications are submitted after the new mandate is implemented
