What am I doing wrong
I’m 177cm male and currently weigh 88kg
I’ve been using my fitness pal for about 4 weeks now and I’ve been eating 1800kcal a day pretty consistently.
I’ve had a few days where I haven’t eaten well (perhaps 6 in total due to my son being born and we were stuck in the hospital). I started at 88kg and I am still 88kg with slight fluctuations but never below 87.6kg.
I’m not a couch potato, I’m doing bits round the house, walk to the shops, walk the dog around 40-60minutes a day and I try to lift some weights (very very casually) 3 days a week.
Am I doing something blatantly wrong? It is slightly demotivating as every calculator has said I should be having 2500kcal + for maintenance so in my head the weight should be coming off fairly well…
