Looking at this amazing property but am concerned the grade will be a slippery slope and difficult to develop. I understand its not the easiest (or cheapest) but and looking for some profressional, off the hip advice on if I should pursue or abort? Of course I will consult further if it's feasible to build but dont want to waste a lot of time and money if this is going to be a major feat. Thanks so much for the look and help!
