I was using my day off yesterday and went to Lüneburg in Germany to see the old town with my sister. We stumbled upon a vw beetle meetup and took some pictures. My mom told me she had the exact cabrio beetle in the seventies. She drove it down from berlin to africa until she got stuck in the desert in marocco. She had to take a flight back😄 I thought maybe you‘d enjoy🙂

Hi, I bought this Opal ring in a lot of vintage jewellery. Now I found someone who is interested in the stone and wonder what a fair price would be. Theres a lot going on in the stone and I personally like it, but I know very little about Opals. It does not seem to be a triplet, but there might be some material under the stone as the setting is closed from the underside. The measurements are 16 by 12.5 mm, so I guess its in the 4 ct range. Any help or guidance would be appreciated. Thank you🙂
