Joined the civic family!
Hello! First time posting in here. Just recently got the 2026 civic sport touring. So far I am absolutely loving it! I upgraded from a 2016 Volkswagen Passat so still getting used to having a smaller car!
2 questions:
How do you all do the software update? My WiFi from my home will not reach to the car (I think) I’ve tried and it won’t work. I’ve also tried using my phones hotspot and same issue it doesn’t do anything.
Does anyone have any issues with the Apple car play?When I get in sometimes it connects to the CarPlay however the center screen will just be black. It doesn’t happen all the time but often enough in a car that’s brand new.
I’m unsure if the software update that needs done will help this but any tips or cool things to let me know about the civic would be great!
