This town is rather infamous for the genocidal massacre that occurred in 1995, but I want to know how the town has progressed since the war. Are ethnic tensions still present? How is the economy? Do people visit for reasons other than learning about the genocide?

These guys were stationed in West Berlin and we're supposed to organize guerilla warfare operations if the East Germans invaded. They look like college professors who could kill you
