I am a straight male but always gets paper screened/ not interviewed when applying for an internal role everytime I remove the PRIDE part in my resume. So I ended up adding this everytime I want to move to a different role.. maybe just a weird coincidence but if I had a nickel for everytime this worked I'd have 4 nickels
