I am super frustrated with Wellhub. I missed a 6am class today and by 8am they had already canceled all of my other classes for the month. Super frustrating as I was planning to pay the $25 to keep booking and they usually provide ~12 hour grace period. Now even if I pay the $25 my other classes have all been cancelled! It also seems to be glitching today and very slow to use.
I saw there was a new “notify me” feature that was added to Wellhub. It will let us select this if a class is full and we will be notified if a spot opens up. I don’t see this anywhere on my app does anyone know where I can find it?
Hi! I am a frequent Barry’s attendee but lately have been getting frustrated about access to the classes. I have the Barry’s app so I can see how many spots are left in class. Today I was looking at a class with 10+ spots left but Wellhub said the class had no spots left so I was unable to book. This is specifically for the Chelsea location but also have noticed elsewhere in nyc. It is frustrating because I know there is actually availability but I just can’t sign up!! Does anyone else experience this issue or have a known work around?
