Hi please help me diy application here, meron ako 2 nursing schools in college do I need to declare the first one for 2F? Hindi ko kasi alam if isang form lang iffill up ko or need ko ng dalawang 2F forms na ipapa fill up sa both school? I was an irregular student kasi, 3rd year I transferred to the school where I graduated. Also same as to the 1F form need ko rin ba ilagaya yung both schools? or only the school where I graduated?
