want you to rate my physique and give me honest advice. I’m open to feedback.

I’m 17 years old, 5’9”, and currently 71 kg. In the first picture, that was actually my first day at the gym. Before that, I was really into running—I joined marathons, half marathons, and fun runs. Because of that, I was pretty skinny before I started lifting.

I started going to the gym in November 2025. During my first few months (November to January), I didn’t really know how to track my food. My mindset was just “workout, workout, workout,” and I didn’t pay much attention to what I was eating. Later on, I started eating more so I could build muscle.

Right now, I follow a PPL x UL workout split and train about 4–5 times a week. I was 68 kg back in November, and now I’m 71 kg. My main protein sources are chicken breast, overnight oats, eggs, steak, and sometimes home-cooked meals when I don’t have those available. I don’t strictly track my calories, but I make sure I eat protein in every meal and also prioritize carbs.

I’d really appreciate your honest opinion and advice on what I should do next. 😊
