The reagent would prompt us to think SN1 or E1. Since primary alkyl halides cannot do unimolecular reactions, I picked between SN2 and E2 (primary in a case like this prefer SN2).

But the Br is confusing me, it is a secondary, and secondary can do any of the 4. So I was thinking it would be E1 because that’s what the reagent and presence of reflux suggest. Genuinely losing it.
