Reasonable amount of oil consumption?
2009 RAV4 4Cyl 196k mi
GF calls saying car is stalling. I go drive it & get it to stall. Almost no oil in it. Put oil in it, idles low for a bit, seems fine now.
I have no idea when she would've had it changed last (obviously gonna take over myself now) so idk how fast it burned but what consumption rate is kind of acceptable for an old 4 cylinder?
it also has that cam sprocket rattle that I guess is typical but everybody says that's fine as long as it's momentary. still probably fix it this summer.
