My friend and I have been looking at places off campus and have found one we are potentially interested in, so we are looking for someone (female) who would be interested in the single. It is a 2 bed, 1.5 bath apartment and is about a 7 minute walk to the Executive Dr trolley stop. Rent would be ~$1350 + utilities for the single. Lease would start mid-June. As the title says, I am looking for a potential roommate (female) for a double in a townhouse off campus. The townhouse has 3 beds + 1.5 baths. It takes ~20 mins to get to campus by bus, located near Vons. Common places come furnished and has an in unit (but in shed on patio) washer and dryer. Rent would be ~$750 + shared utilities.
