Last week, I filed I485, I765 and I131 applications for me and my dependents together. Shipped the applications collectively in a single package with separate ACH payment forms for all. This week, I got the message / email that my applications are accepted, filing fee amount is debited from my bank account and received the I797C receipt notice as well. But none of these happened for my dependents and no clue what's the status of their applications which were filed together. Could someone please share your views? Anyone has such experience?
My attorney informed that primary applicant applications are accepted first and USCIS will pick the derivatives later but it's hard to predict their timings to process.
My colleague who filed together with his family last week received the confirmation for him and his family as well together.
So I am confused right now that why I didn't receive for all at once. Please help with your inputs. Thank you so much for your time and inputs..
