“Canon Eren” allows himself to be stopped and because of this Paradis is destroyed. Prior to this Eren stated multiple times the only way to destroy the cycle of hatred is to wipe out the people who caused it, which would secure Paradis freedom. AOT No Requiem keeps Eren’s character motivations in tact somehow more than the Isayama somehow.

“Canon Armin” comforts Eren as he’s about to destroy the world, when in reality he should be strongly against Eren, regardless if he’s trying to set him up as a hero. He’s literally committing a genocide yet Armin decides to accept it, and chooses to share his sins with him. AOT No Requiem doubles down on Armin’s convictions when it comes to his core values.

Is this manga worth getting into?

So I watched the anime but I heard it’s better to read it instead. I’ve heard a lot of good things about it but I’ve been told the ending is bad. Thoughts?
