As a Mikasa stan, i dont like idea of Mikasa wasting her whole life grieving on someone like Eren who dont deserve her

I've never liked this ship but i was okay with it but i cant come to like it after that slave/master dialogue, this ship was forced on Mikasa stans as well because these people even make things she did for herself about Eren. No matter of people telling me "he said it to make her dislike him" or something, well i never buyed that idea that he even loved her even platonically, he never appreciated her, so loving her is too far and also Mikasa was living distant with Eren, so there was need of Eren to call or emotionally abuse like that. Mikasa is already likeable but she can be respectable character like Levi or Erwin, if she only protected Eren for her family and then later she developed her other goal. There was no need of doing her character so dirty. As a Mikasa stan, i feel really bad how people are glorifying this kind of love for her and even doesnt like her moving on when her moving on from him is a better idea. She was a already traumatized wouldnt it be nice for her character to heal and find love again...this time she experience real love. Isayama i already hate you, we know she wasnt important part of your story but you can handle her much better, for few mins of fanservice, he destroyed even little development she was showing. Mikasa was just being overprotective over Eren because of her familial issues and not because of ackergenes/slave mastery concept and for making this forced ship canon he destroyed any possibility of happiness for Mikasa. People make Mikasa giving her life in s1 as something because she loves Eren but she said she has nothing to live for, she has no family left that is why she felt like family. Mikasa is the only one who gets called misogynist names because of this nonsensical ship

Why do people forget these lines exist

Why would Eren repeatedly say tht "he'd sacrfice anything, he isnt prepared to sacrifice Historia's life". Why did they even introduce that plot of getting her pregnant if Eren isnt suppose to be father that plot shouldnt exist because it ruined Historia's character too. The pregnancy shouldnt be introduced then it would have been much better

"the plan to pretend to be dead went perfectly"...

when Zeke and pieck pretended to be dead, both of them, became a skeleton giant.. well what if Eren in 139...

My thoughts on a potential sequel.

I keep imagining a spinoff series far in the future where the eldian empire has once again risen after the rumbling and is using the power of the "9" to control the world

(the founder has either lost the ability to control eldians like a god or it can now only be done once in possession of all "9" as a side effect of the damage the glowing creature took during the rumbling)

and surpress technological advancement perhaps with "houses/families" similar to knight houses based around each of the "9" that sometimes clash in power struggles in attempts to take the power of other shifters

and either the attack titan once again sets out to correct the world

or a new set of shifters seperate from the "9" emerges with all new powers and abilities due to a change in how the powers of shifters manifest or due a new glowing creature being found.

(You can plug my idea into chat-gpt to get clearer picturer of what my idea could look like it pretty much encapsulated what i envisioned)

Interesting multiverse AOT

I never knew before that these exist

Apparently there are official Kodansha's books released back then that tell story about alternative endings

These are Attack on Titan Choose Your Path Adventure or AOT Adventure: Part 1 and Part 2

You can read more about these on AOT Wiki site

Kodansha's word on the official page of the second part of the series: There is no single right answer in the world of Attack on Titan. What will you choose? Make a choice you won't regret this time either!

This fits very much with Everett interpretation (many-worlds interpretation) but in AOT, bro these are straight up alternate timelines

Even though these were probably not supervised by Isayama himself, assuming from 0 mention on interviews, these are still interesting to the alternate pathways plot scheme, which is what the future-revealed true ending will be about (hope!)

Who knows, maybe the AOT 3 game will base on these (this is the entire reason I use Theory flair, I didn't play the first 2 games so idk if there are similarities between the games and these books though, let's just see)

Does Isayama not care about respect for Mikasa's characterization

I am a huge Mikasa stan and i'll say there were so many things that can be explored about her beyond "Erehhhh" because of the last season or that table converstion, she is reduced into simp, initially she was just a overprotective fgure to Eren and Armin and i believe in the end and had high hopes, she would get her arc but that didnt happen . She is one of the strongest person in squads yet they wasted her skills and potential which really makes me feel bad that how much her character was wasted, instead of exploring her strengths. Eremika shouldnt be canon for numerous reason i can think off, their relation never came off to me as romantic so i wasnt invested. I loved her character in s1 and her motto " this world is crruel yet beautiful", she repeatedly she'll protect the little family she had, so she will protect her people no matter what that is Eren and Armin that also explains why she is protective over Eren, when she learned Eren is no more, she still kept fighting for her life. She was not initially some sort of hollow simp, she felt need of protecting Eren because he is the last connection to his family. I am wondering how did the notion of their relation changed from family to romantic and how did a sexy baddie like her turned into a simp? I dont mind her simping too if it was for some stronger character

They can explore Mikasa/Levi bond, Mikasa is more agressive in protecting people she cares about while Levi calming her down and saying he has no one too in his life. They can have talk like that.

Mikasa can be best woman of the show, since she is already likeable, popular and also rational even though Historia have more thematic refernces, there's no need to make her some sort of simp towards Eren because irl a girl like Mikasa wont even keep up with Eren's bs. Her character can be written so much better. It is good that they ended Eren's obssession by killing him but then they made that scarf again, i mean her writing is so inconsistent especially in S4 and S3, where she became independant of Eren and focused on her duty of her soldier. Her character can be so much but it is limited to Eren, her goals, aspirations. Eremika is holded her character so much from doing anything. We get he didnt care Mikasa and she wasnt that important to Aot story but he can do her so much better

Even in live action movie, she is paired with Levi's counterpart and he kissed her without her consent and physically abused her.

Did you get depressed due to AOT?

Hi, I recently watched aot, I loved it, however it has been two weeks since I got depressed, I'm not only sad because of the fact that there will be no more episodes, im sad because of the story, the tragic story, i have never felt in this way, well...I'm prone to get attached to fictional characters, however the intensity has never been like this, i cry when I remember the life eren couldn't have, he was just a scared child who wanted to be free and to protect the people who he loved, mikasa lost the love of her life, armin his best friend, Levi, etc. It's a tragic story, but...idk what huts me more, the fact that the people who i love don't exist, or the fact that they suffered.

On one hand, I suffer because I know they are no real, but on the other hand this comforts me as well because it means that they never really suffered, and my brain is treacherous and never stops thinking, sometimes I wonder, and what if they are real in another universe? I connect theories and I suffer because I couldn't tolerate it, I couldn't tolerate the idea of them suffering in somewhere, mikasa crying on erens grave, eren with no choice, armin crying, it's unfair, what do u think? Do you think they could exist in somewhere? I don't hope so, and it's no very likely, that's why I prefer them to be just fictional characters, because they never really suffered and they are safe in their own world (search for itterasshai and attack on school castes), well I just wanted to vent, have you ever felt in this way? I hope I'm not the only one, if you have never experienced this, please don't judge, many people think this is absurd, but if u never felt this, you dont know how much this hurts, I just want them to be okay in their own world, free in the afterlife with no wars, and together for the rest of the eternity.

I’m genuinely surprised no one is talking about this!!

We literally got confirmation from Ai Higuchi, the author/singer of “Akuma no Ko,” saying that the song was an expression of Eren’s love for Mikasa and showed his most human side.

“Akuma no Ko” was Eren’s song to Mikasa, while “A Clean Earth” was Mikasa’s song to Eren. The producers just chose Eren’s song to be the opening theme.

And honestly it’s so obvious from the lyrics😭. They literally match their feelings perfectly🧣🕊️.

Am i the only Mikasa stan who doesnt like Eremika

Although i post some of Eremika fanarts, i feel it is only good for aesthetics and it dont have any depth but i feel Mikasa can be so much better off without Eren, i love her character design and her personality, her character even though one-dimensional, i dont mind one-dimensionality of a character if they are enjoyable even well written can be forgetten by people but Mikasa's presence and aura is so powerful, i find her so cool. Mikasa can be so much better, she's a baddie and she isnt annoying on level of Sakura (simp), the only thing that minus her aura is Eren, i wished they never made it canon because the writer did her so bad. If she wasnt supposed to be a main character, that would still be okay because Mikasa has likeable qualities and she would've stayed a likeable side character like Levi. She doesnt need to be a simp for Eren, it would've made more sense that she is protective she is scared of losing her family and she feels she owes Yeager something because they protected him instead of that love angle. The criticism over her is very valid because she can be so much better but is done bad. I am saying this because many fans think eremika happened because of Mikasa stans, well i am a Mikasa stan and i hate how much misogynist comments she receives because of this ship
