Improve overall sex desire
35yo male. Partner(s) my type. No major stress. 7-7.5 hours of sleep everyday. 3 times workout per week. High protein diet. 20% body fat.
I would like to improve overall sex desire because I feel like this is the biggest motivation (at least one of them) of pushing myself getting better at life. However, despite the fact that my lifestyle being very optimized, my sexual desire is still moderate. 30% of the days I don’t get my morning wood. I can say that my sleep is not as good as when I was 18(that I don’t even wanna get up in the morning. Now I can’t fall back asleep after waking up)
Maybe sleep is the problem? How would you improve your sex desire if you were me?
