The developer is an Australian Trump....very shady. He kisses up to the Trumps and gets this deal. The Trumps turn around and demand a huge portion of the profits (my Australian friend said 2/3 of the profits) but the developer is to put up all his own money.

What is not mentioned in the article is the protests. People did not want this.

In the end the deal fell apart.
