FAKE COACH BAG
Y’all, I’m so upset. I bought a Coach Ergo 9033 from TRR and turns out it’s FAKE.
I reached out to customer service asking for a full refund, and they told me to use the XCover return guarantee that I purchased. The problem is, if I go that route, I’ll lose about $40.
I originally bought the return guarantee in case the bag arrived in worse condition than pictured. Now that I know it’s counterfeit, I feel like they should be refunding me the full amount, including all fees.
The plan is to have the bag “re-authenticated,” which I obviously don’t have much faith in considering they authenticated and sold it to me in the first place. They said that process takes 3–5 business days.
The other issue is that the XCover return only gives me 7 days to return the item, so I’m worried I’m going to run out of time waiting on their re-authentication and end up having to use XCover anyway and lose $40 over their mistake.
Idk, I just needed to rant.
