I am a considering a research project and thinking of reaching out to Dr. Niwesh Ojha in the Chemical Engineering department for a potential collaboration or internship.

His work is quite impressive, but since he is a relatively new faculty fellow, I haven’t been able to find much information on the official website regarding the lab environment.

I’m looking for some "insider" perspectives from current or former students:

1. What is the working culture like in his lab?
2. How is Dr. Ojha's mentoring style for undergraduate researchers—is he more hands-on or hands-off?
3. What is the typical publication pace for students in his group?

What I want or looking for:-

Everyday we can revise words and kind take quiz n all

Practise questions and take classes and discuss it everyday

Maintain a healthy competition haha and also helping each other!!

I am also kind of bit lazy sometimes so need who can scold me 😭😭 or add some kind of deadline over-me (obviously not every time but yeah sometimes I do feel lazy) !!!!!
