Does anyone know how to/ has anyone found their former foster siblings? I want to reconnect with a few children that I was in foster care with. They were adopted out to a different state and their first names were changed. I know their current and former first & last names but not the last names of the adopted parents. It may be a long shot but it would mean so much to be able to hear from them again, so any advice would be amazing. Thank you
