hi po question lang, first time ko po kasi mag-resign.

i submitted my resignation letter last may 18, last day ko june 17. and then day off ko may 19 and 20. today may 21 i was asked by TL if pwede ba gawing july 1 nalang ung last day ko tas june 1 nalang ung start ng pag-render.

i know naman na sinu-suggest lang siya, pero ask ko lang kung ano ung possible reasons for it apart from headcount? un ba ung mga attrition point ganun?

also, may leave credits ako na amounting to 8 days, pwede ko naman un gamitin as terminal leave diba?
