MSI MPG 341CQPX - Power LED turns on for seconds then dies (No Logo/Backlight)

I copied and pasted this exact post over at r/MSI_Gaming but no luck so far. Figured I'd check with you guys to see if anyone here has run into this issue. Hope that’s okay.
I just received my MSI MPG 341CQPX monitor and I can’t seem to get it to turn on. When I press the power button, the LED turns on (white color) for a few seconds and then it immediately turns off. No logo, no backlight, nothing.
Here is what I've tried so far:
• Unplugged it from the wall for 60 seconds.
• Held the power button down for 30 seconds while unplugged to drain the residual power.
• Plugged it back in (tried a different wall outlet too).
Still having the exact same issue. I'm using the original power cable that came in the box.
If anyone has experienced this or knows a fix, I’d highly appreciate it! 😭
