Prada bag review from Serena
I wanted to leave a review for Serena because I had such a great experience buying from her for the first time.
I recently ordered two Prada bags from her, and from start to finish she was honestly so lovely to work with. She was extremely quick to respond and answered all of my questions honestly and thoroughly. I was having trouble finding these two specific styles, but she was really helpful in finding the best quality options at an amazing price. Shipping was also very fast—about two weeks from ordering to delivery.
As for the bags themselves, I am genuinely impressed, especially considering I asked for mid-tier. The calfskin on both feels soft and high quality, the hardware has a nice weight to it, and all of the stitching and details look really clean. The black bag in particular exceeded my expectations. It has that structured-but-slouchy look I was hoping for, and the chain hardware feels substantial and well-made. The white bag is beautiful as well and feels much more luxurious than I expected.
I'm not as familiar with Prada reps as I am with some other brands, but after comparing them to auths, nothing immediately stood out to me as being off. They look and feel like luxury bags rather than replicas.
Overall, I couldn't be happier with both bags, but honestly what would make me order from Serena again is how easy and pleasant she was to work with. Great communication can make or break the buying experience, and she was amazing throughout the entire process. I would definitely purchase from her again and would happily recommend her to anyone looking for a TS.
