Ever since this update ive had awful stuttering. I saw the comments to do the clear pso cache on steam and that helped for a while but immediately got bad again. Launching without it in steam properties makes it just as bad as it was initially after several attempts. Ive checked my gpu drivers and updated them but the problem persists. Im at a loss
