I'm a 21-year old female, and I'm searching for a fourth roommate for a July to June lease. It's $400/mo without utilities, but after utilities are dividied up it's around $500/mo at its peak. The other two roommates and I are quiet and keep to ourselves mostly. We're looking preferably for a female who is 18-25 y/o. It's great for students because the house is a short drive away from ECU's campus. Renter's insurance is needed, and a $400 deposit.
