Genuinely curious why so many people are drawn to doodle breeds in this city?

Hi all, I am a first time borrower so please let me know if there's anything else needed from me!

I'm about to start school on May 4th with student loans set to land in my account on the 18th. I just need the money to get a bus pass so I can make it to and from school for the first couple weeks, and some cheap groceries for lunches. I have school and government proof of all this and am happy to share any additional info a potential lender might want, thanks in advance for any consideration!
