I just uploaded the first playable chapter of something I've been building in my free time.

Shadow Nations puts you in the role of someone who just inherited their grandfather's seat representing humanity to a secret organization — hidden inside the UN, older than recorded history, full of vampires, werewolves, dragons and everyone else humanity has refused to believe in.

You have no training. No idea what you're doing. And someone in that building already voted against your appointment.

Chapter 1 covers your first day. Roughly 30-60 minutes depending on how much you explore. Choices shape who your character becomes through a hidden stat system. There are romance routes, a tablet journal, branching dialogue.

On the art: Character sprites are hand drawn by me, scanned, then sized and upscaled using AI tools. Backgrounds will be hand painted. Every line starts with my hand — AI is a tool in the process, not the artist.

Content note: Current build is SFW. Future chapters will include optional adult content with a toggle at the start of the game. Flagging this now so the right audience finds it early.

Solo developer. Free throughout development. No Patreon.
