Let me share a slightly “delulu” business idea I’ve been thinking about...mainly because I probably won’t be able to execute it myself.

Let me explain it this way...

Imagine you move to a foreign country, say the U.S. for work, studies, or on a spouse visa. You find yourself with some free time...maybe you’re bored, between jobs, or just looking for a side income. You start considering a small food truck or stall.

Now, the concept: **“Chuda Kadali”** but with a modern, customizable twist.

The base would be chuda (flattened rice) as the primary carb. On top of that, you’d add kadali (banana), along with other fruits like grapes, apples, or any combinations that work well together. Then comes dahi (for probiotics), chhena (for protein), and a touch of guda (jaggery) powder instead of refined sugar.

Each ingredient would be kept in separate containers, clearly labeled with its name and nutritional benefits. Customers could customize their bowl, choosing their preferred toppings and combinations. The idea would be to present it as a healthy, balanced Indian meal option that works as breakfast, lunch, or even dessert.

Hehe 😁 it’s just a “delulu” idea, point out the reasons it might fail and suggest any improvements or new ideas.
