What are the chances that this positive for a test at 2 weeks after sex is for a singular child and not twins?

I’m 9 months PP right now and just got a positive on a pregnancy test. I’m still actively breastfeeding my LO. Looking for advice on maintaining supply through pregnancy. Has anyone else gone through it? Is it do-able? Does LO go through a riot from your hormonal changes? Do the hormones affect your breast milk nutritionally or taste?
