Mildly itchy, sting a little, tender red spots on both palms of hands. Just slightly raised. Noticed them today.
I havent used new soap or detergent lately, cant think of anything I’ve done or used out of the ordinary.
I take Prozac and vyvanse, but have for years so not sure if that could contribute to anything.
Concerned if I should go to an urgent care/ if it could be something serious?
