App not working/stuck
Hi all! My apps is stuck on the log in page.
I think I’m logged in as it says “log out” on the bottom. But other wise the screen is black with the relay logo in the centre flashing.
I’ve set everything up, been accepted etc and I keep getting emails, texts and even a phone call prompting me to login and accept some routes. But I literally take get on the app. I’ve tried deleting it and reinstalling, I’ve switched my phone on and off. I’ve reached out on a portal someone else here mentioned to log an issue and haven’t heard anything back. But keep getting more prompts daily to login and see what routes there are.
And I’d honestly love to, but I’m at some weird stalemate, where the person who called one time, I answered but was driving and couldn’t hear them. And they followed up with the same text about signing in and start accepting routes. I can’t see a phone number anywhere to call, so I’m just hoping someone here might know something I don’t. I’m worried if I don’t get on the app soon, they’ll think I’m not longer interested and take me off their “books”
