Update 2.2.2.20

Anybody else having an issue with this update? Right after 50%, the G2 glasses beep and shortly after they disconnect and the update fails. I've tried it 4 times now.

Medication list comparison tool for post-acute/LTC transitions.

I built a small web app called MedRec 2.0 and would appreciate feedback on the site from a usability/trust standpoint:

https://med-reconciliation.com

The app is meant to support medication reconciliation in skilled nursing, long-term care, and post-acute transitions. The basic idea is that a user can paste, dictate, or OCR-copy two medication lists, such as facility orders and hospital discharge medications, and the tool flags possible added, removed, changed, duplicate, or caution-related items.

A few things I am trying to make clear on the site:

It is a support tool, not a replacement for clinician judgment.

Users should avoid entering patient identifiers unless their facility policy specifically permits it.

OCR and dictation can make mistakes, so the source records still need to be checked.

The tool is mainly meant to reduce the burden of manually scanning long medication lists that use different wording or formatting.

I would appreciate feedback on:

Whether the homepage explains the purpose quickly enough

Whether the HIPAA/privacy warning feels clear without being too much

Whether the workflow makes sense to someone seeing it for the first time

Whether the site feels trustworthy or if anything makes it seem less credible

Any mobile usability issues

I am especially interested in blunt feedback on wording, layout, and whether the app’s purpose is obvious within the first few seconds.

Does anyone work in a SNF or home health and struggle with med rec? If the patient leaves for the hospital and comes back, it's always a mess. The EMRs are completely different and it seems like the staff never bothers to look anyway.

What have you or your facility done about it?
